Delivery of the products will be made to the address you specified as the Delivery Location. It is your responsibility to ensure that this address is correct. We cannot be held responsible for errors in the Delivery Location address provided. Likewise, the delivery dates or times we provide are estimates and cannot be considered guaranteed.
Pre-Orders & Back-Ordered Items #
We want to be fully transparent about how we handle orders that include items not immediately available. If your order contains a product on pre-order or temporarily out of stock, we will hold the entire order and ship everything together once all items are ready.
This means your delivery will follow the latest availability date listed in your order. The dates shown at checkout are the best estimates provided to us, but they may change depending on production or supply updates.
If you prefer to receive available items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders so that in-stock products can be shipped right away.
VAT & Customs Fees #
When ordering internationally, it is important to understand that the price you see at checkout covers only the product and the shipping service. Since we do not charge VAT any import duties, local taxes, or additional customs charges may be applied once the package reaches your country. These possible costs are determined by your national customs office and would remain the buyer’s responsibility to pay applicable taxes or duties at the time of import.
Before completing your purchase, it is advisable to check with local authorities to learn what fees could apply in your case. Couriers will not release or return a shipment until these amounts are fully settled. Should a parcel be refused or left at customs without payment, the resulting charges may be deducted from any refund to which the buyer would otherwise be entitled.

Please be aware that all delivery times provided are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Factors beyond our control—such as customs inspections or unforeseen issues encountered by the shipping carrier—may lead to delays.
If at any point you notice irregularities with your tracking information, we encourage you to reach out to us so we can assist in resolving the matter. The times indicated in the table below are for reference only, with each mention including the order preparation time up to complete delivery.
