Warranty
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. All eligible products come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and product faults.
Which products are covered by the warranty?
Our warranty applies to most accessories, including:
- Phone cases (Slim, Tough, MagSafe, etc.)
- Screen protectors
- Apple Watch bands
- Phone grips & ring holders
- Cables & power supply
What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as:
- Material defects
- Premature cracking or peeling
- Faulty adhesives or magnets
- Abnormal discoloration not caused by external factors
It does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, daily wear, or improper handling
How does the warranty process work?
If you notice an issue within 6 months:
- Contact our support team with your order number.
- Send us a photo or video showing the defect.
- After verification, we’ll send a free replacement for the same item (or closest alternative if out of stock).
No returns required in most cases.
Do I need proof of purchase for a warranty claim?
Yes. Your order confirmation email or receipt is needed to validate the claim.
Is the warranty transferable?
No. Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser.
Does the warranty cover accidental damage?
No. Damage from drops, scratches, pressure, or everyday wear and tear is not covered.
How long does it take to receive my replacement?
Once approved, your replacement ships within 5–14 business days depending on stock and location.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across Europe, North America (including Canada), and the Caribbean. If your country is available at checkout, we can deliver to you!

How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on your region and shipping method:
- Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express shipping: 2–5 business days
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your order in real time.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses?
In most cases, yes but please note that Express shipping may not be available for P.O. boxes or certain remote areas.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Simply click the link to monitor your delivery’s progress.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
If your tracking hasn’t updated after a few days or your order seems lost, contact our support team. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
Do you ship internationally outside your listed regions?
At this time, we only ship within Europe, North America, and the Caribbean. We’re actively working to expand our delivery zones.
Taxes
Are taxes included in the price?
All prices on our website include applicable taxes for customers within the European Union. For other regions (North America and the Caribbean), taxes or import duties may be collected upon delivery depending on your country’s regulations.
Will I have to pay customs fees or import duties?
Depending on your location, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply. These charges are set by your local customs authorities and are not included in our product prices.
You’ll be responsible for paying these fees if applicable your local courier will contact you if any payment is required.
How can I know the exact taxes or duties before ordering?
We display the estimated taxes and import fees applied by your country directly at checkout, so you’ll know the approximate total before completing your order. Please note that final charges may vary slightly, as customs regulations and exchange rates differ by country. For the most accurate information, you can also contact your local customs office or tax authority before placing your order.
Do you refund taxes or duties if I return my order?
Unfortunately, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through our store. You may, however, be able to claim a refund directly from your local customs office, depending on their policy.

Why was my payment declined?
If your payment was declined, please check that your card details, billing address, and funds are correct. You can also try another payment method or contact your bank for verification.
