Warranty

Yes. All eligible products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and product faults.

Our warranty applies to most accessories, including:

  • Phone cases (Slim, Tough, MagSafe, etc.)
  • Screen protectors
  • Apple Watch bands
  • Phone grips & ring holders
  • Cables & power supply

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, such as:

  • Material defects
  • Premature cracking or peeling
  • Faulty adhesives or magnets
  • Abnormal discoloration not caused by external factors

It does not cover damage caused by misuse, drops, daily wear, or improper handling

If you notice an issue within 12 months :

  1. Contact our support team with your order number.
  2. Send us a photo or video showing the defect.
  3. After verification, we’ll send a free replacement for the same item (or closest alternative if out of stock).

No returns required in most cases.

Yes. Your order confirmation email or receipt is needed to validate the claim.

No. Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser.

No. Damage from drops, scratches, pressure, or everyday wear and tear is not covered.

Once approved, your replacement ships within 5–14 business days depending on stock and location.

Shipping

We currently ship across Europe, North America (including Canada), and the Caribbean. If your country is available at checkout, we can deliver to you! See countries informations.

We offer both Standard and Express depending on the country of delivery. You can select your preferred option at checkout. Delivery times and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. You’ll always see the total before completing your order.


Yes we occasionally offer free standard shipping promotions or from a certain amount. We will display the information on the site when the offer is active.

Delivery times depend on your region and shipping method.

For US and EU orders, here are the average delivery times :

  • Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Express shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Rest of the world : 10-30 business days

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your order in real time.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Simply click the link to monitor your delivery’s progress.

If your tracking hasn’t updated after a few days or your order seems lost, contact our support team. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.

At this time, we only ship within Europe, North America, Latin America and Australia. We’re actively working to expand our delivery zones.

Taxes

All prices on our website do not include applicable taxes for customers. Taxes or import duties may be collected upon delivery depending on your country’s regulations.

Depending on your location, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply. These charges are set by your local customs authorities and are not included in our product prices.You’ll be responsible for paying these fees if applicable your local courier will contact you if any payment is required.

For the most accurate information, you can also contact your customs office or tax authority before placing your order.

Unfortunately, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable through our store. You may, however, be able to claim a refund directly from your local customs office, depending on their policy.

Our prices are displayed in EUR, USD, or GBP depending on your region. Your bank or card provider will automatically handle the currency conversion at the current exchange rate.
